Shipping policy

Our processing time is currently 10 business days for made to order items, business days do not include holidays or weekends.

If you receive your order and are not happy with it, please give us a chance to correct our mistake.

Due to the nature of the products, no refunds nor exchanges are allowed;  Exceptions may be made but up to the store owner discretion IF refunds or exchanges are allowed ALL products must be returned within 10 days of DELIVERY date. If for any reasons you find yourself not satisfied with our products please reach by emailing us at gfmcreations@gmail.com

We do understand delays do happen so we ask to allow a full 10 business days once your package has SHIPPED before contacting us in regards to any package concerns.

REFUNDS- Are returned within 3-5 business days under the discretion of the owner

Refunds are given in the FORM OF STORE CREDIT.
